As the world’s largest single ductile iron casting, the 135-ton super-large ductile iron machine tool casting produced by Beijing No. 1 Machine Tool Casting Co., Ltd. won numerous eyeballs at the exhibition. Almost all of its 144 square meters booth was used to showcase this "Big guy". The casting is 19.5 meters in length, 2.25 meters in width, 1.5 meters in height, and weighs 135 tons. "Five years ago, 99.9% of my country's hydroelectric turbine blades were imported, but now they are localized."    It is understood that the wide and heavy plates of more than 5 meters are mainly used in the special steel industry in urgent need of development such as shipbuilding and military industry, which is of great strategic significance. As a key component of the wide and heavy plate rolling mill, domestic work rolls used to be mainly imported. Sinosteel Xingji has developed the largest domestic work roll with a height of more than 5 meters, which has raised the level of domestic centrifugal roll manufacturing technology and broke the technology and price monopoly of foreign large-scale high-tech rolls.
